This website sets no cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

There is no analytics, no tracking and no third-party script. Fonts are served from our own server, not from an external provider.

The site has no forms. The buttons open your mail client, and an email you send us lands in our inbox like any other email.

We use it only to reply to you, and we do not pass it on.

The site runs on Vercel, which keeps technical server logs including IP addresses for a short period for security reasons. That is the only automatic processing that happens.

The names shown on the page are invented illustrations. No member data from any gym exists on this website.

You can ask to see, correct or delete any data we hold about you. Write to the address at the bottom of the page and we will sort it out.

If you believe we are handling data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
